2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on subscription payments once they have been processed. All sales are final.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Technical issues on your end
  • Business closure or change in business needs

3. Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans to allow you to evaluate our services before committing to a paid subscription.

Full Refund During the 7-Day Free Trial

If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of starting your free trial, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged. No questions asked.

We strongly encourage you to make full use of the free trial period to ensure that zlorp meets your business requirements before your subscription converts to a paid plan.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Here's how cancellation works:

Cancellation During Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial period, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and any charges will be fully refunded.

Cancellation After Trial Period

If you cancel after the free trial period has ended:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have full access to all features of your current plan until the cancellation takes effect
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining period of your current billing cycle

5. Continued Access After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription (after the trial period), you will continue to enjoy full access to all the features and benefits of your current plan until the end of your current billing period.

After the billing period ends:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available)
  • You will lose access to premium features
  • Your store data will be retained for a limited period, allowing you to resubscribe

6. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you in advance through:

  • Email notification to your registered email address
  • Notice on our website
  • In-app notification

Pricing changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. These may include:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our end
  • Extended service outages caused by us (exceeding 72 consecutive hours)
  • Billing errors made by us

8. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your zlorp merchant dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
